Head Coach and Founder
Danny Aguas
Coach Aguas has worked with athletes of all ages to prepare for competitions from sprints to distance events. He currently serves as the program director and head coach for Cross Country and Track & Field at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
Assistant Sprints Coach
Brianna de la Rosa
Coach Bri is former collegiate athlete, having competed in the sprints and hurdles at Arkansas State University. She now looks to help new athletes improve on the track.
Assistant Track Coach
JP Mendoza
Coach JP ran track at Christopher Columbus HS, where he was a standout hurdler. He now is in charge of our developmental group and our younger athletes.
Throws Coach
Carlos Flores
Coach Flores comes to us as a highly successful coach. He has coached at the collegiate level and now serves as the head throws coach at Belen Jesuit Prep.
Assistant Distance Coach
Giovanni Armas
Coach Gio ran cross country and track at Christopher Columbus HS. He now serves as an assistant coach at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy.
Head Developmental Coach
Michelle Bueno
Coach Bueno has been assisting Coach Aguas since the start of Miami Elite and was even one of his athletes. She is now working closely with athletes to improve their technique and form.
Assistant Track Coach
Armando Colome
Coach Armando is a former D1 athlete having competed in sprints. He competed for the Nicaraguan national team as well. He is now giving back to the program that once believed in him and providing the next generation with the proper mindset and helping them reach their highest potential
